PSYPACT Telepsychology Authorization

What Is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT stands for the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact.

It is an interstate compact that gives eligible psychologists a formal pathway to provide telepsychology services in participating jurisdictions. PSYPACT helps expand access to psychological services while maintaining professional standards and regulatory oversight.

PSYPACT does not mean every psychologist can practice everywhere. It also does not mean every clinical service is available remotely. The psychologist must hold the appropriate PSYPACT authorization, the client must be located in a participating jurisdiction, and the service must be appropriate for telepsychology.

Can I Work With Amica Clinical Consulting If I Am Outside Florida?

In many cases, yes. Amica Clinical Consulting may be able to provide telepsychology services if you are physically located in:

• Florida; or

• A PSYPACT-participating state or jurisdiction at the time of your appointment.

Because PSYPACT participation can change, clients are encouraged to confirm whether their state or jurisdiction currently participates in PSYPACT before scheduling.
